SII is an international consultancy, now in our fifth decade. We continue to expand our network of practitioners to serve the growing fields of organizational design, executive search, strategic people management, and personal career and life guidance.

Joining SII gives a consultant access to SIMA®, our proprietary assessment technology that allows us insight into people that no other tool or approach can deliver. SIMA® removes the guesswork about people, thereby arming the practitioner with unusual authority in advising a client about “people issues.” Every explanation, recommendation, analysis, and piece of advice can be based on a lifelong history of demonstrated behavior, or lack thereof.

Who We Seek

Those who are interested in joining SIMA International, Inc. (SII) must have:

- A compelling desire to improve people management in the organizations they serve.

- A track record of making a difference in an area typically found within what is termed “human resources” (e.g. organization development, executive search, executive coaching, career management, outplacement services, etc.).

- A giftedness and track record for generating business and building relationships with clients.

Cost

All person’s interested in joining SII must go through the SIMA® process in order to evaluate suitability and best use, and to determine the nature of the training required. The cost of a MAP® is $2,500.

Training costs depend on the area of application and the depth of knowledge needed. Costs can be amortized over time and paid from SIMA® - related income.

All SIMA® practitioners pay royalties of 8.33% on revenue derived from SIMA® - related activity.
