Dr. Tommy W. Thomas, the Managing Director of the Nashville office of SIMA International, Inc. has recently written and published his first book on CEO searches for the not for profit sector. His co-authors are Dr. Nick Isbister (Managing Director of SIMA UK in Oxford and Dr. Robert Andringa of Anthem, Arizona).
